Wash Count Program

WASH COUNT Rules

• Participant must be a current ICA operator member
• Participants must register all car wash sites for the Wash Count program using the website registration form and create a unique user login and password for the website.
• Once registered, each participant will provide monthly cycles and revenues associated with each car wash for the current month and previous year by logging into the Wash Count website. After the initial entry, participant will provide monthly cycles and revenues no later than 15 days after month’s end. Participants MUST provide data for EACH month in the quarter in order to receive the quarterly report.
• Submission notification schedule: participants will be notified by Kent Marketing Services via email to report previous month’s data on the first of every month. If by 10 days following each month’s end, data has not been received, a second reminder will go out.
• Report notification: participants will be contacted via email by Kent Marketing Services once quarterly reports are ready for viewing on the website. Participants will then log in to the site to view the Wash Count and year-to-date reports. Reports will be available no later than the following dates:
• Quarter 1: April 30
• Quarter 2: July 30
• Quarter 3: October 30
• Quarter 4: January 30

Participants must send in data for each month in the quarter in order to receive the report.
